The European AWARD project was presented by Fabio Masi at the Circular Summit Fryslân 2025, one of the leading European events focused on regional circular economy initiatives, held in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, from 10 to 12 June. The summit brought together institutions, businesses, researchers, and citizens to discuss collaborative strategies and concrete solutions for a sustainable circular transition.
In the second part of 2024, the BDG team, leader of the Work Package 2 – ‘’Socio-political support and engagement for AWRs management’’, has worked on a report which aims to capture the societal shifts in attitude in the transition from a clean water supply to Alternative Water Resources.
The AWARD_HEU General Assembly recently took place in Bucharest, Romania, gathering key partners to discuss progress and next steps in sustainable water management. Hosted by the Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București (UTCB), this multi-day event featured a series of in-depth presentations, strategic discussions, and insightful field visits. The event fostered strong collaboration and innovation in the field of Alternative Water Resources (AWRs), reinforcing the project's mission to develop sustainable water solutions across Europe.
Contribution to Deliverable 3.1 “Conceptual and operational elements of articulation of the patrimonial approach and the digital twin”: The vulnerability Diagnosis
